New name: The subsidiary Elring Kunststoff-Technik GmbH is renamed ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik GmbH.
 ----------- In November, ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Bietigheim, and Venus GmbH, Heidenheim, merge retroactively effective January 1, 2001.
