Many years of application and processing know-how in virtually all sectors of industry and an extensive and modern machine pool are the basis we draw on to manufacture miniature components as well as seals up to 3,000 mm diameter, for single-part as well as large-volume production requirements. Our commitment to high quality and environmental protection are central elements of our corporate policy, reflected in certifications according to ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001. As a subsidiary of ElringKlinger AG – a global partner of the automotive industry – we are part of an innovative and growth-oriented technology and market leader. At our two German locations in Bietigheim-Bissingen and Heidenheim all basic manufacturing processes like compounding, hydraulic and isostatic compression-moulding, ram and paste extrusion are available and used by over 430 employees.

Moldflon® - the new dimension in PTFE processing - allows ElringKlinger Kunststofftechnik to expand these classical methods. The new resin enables us to process PTFE with production techniques which were not useable for processing PTFE up to now like injection moulding, extrusion or transfer moulding. These new options in combination with the focus on material and application development are the basement for trend-setting market incentives for our customers benefit.
